Charity Shop & Reuse Hub Volunteer
Bavs (Berwickshire) Ltd · Duns, Coldstream, Eyemouth or Chirnside
Join our friendly team as a volunteer in one of our charity shops or at the Bavs Reuse Hub in Chirnside. This is a flexible, rewarding role where you can give as much or as little time as you like — every contribution makes a real difference to our communities across Berwickshire.
What you could get involved with
- Accepting donations — welcoming donors, receiving and sorting items
- Sorting & preparing stock — checking quality, organising goods and getting items ready for sale
- Pricing donations — helping to price items fairly and attractively
- Shop presentation — cleaning, tidying and ensuring a welcoming environment
- Window displays — creating eye-catching displays to showcase stock
- Serving customers — using the till, assisting with purchases and providing great customer service
What you'll gain

- 25% discount on items after three months (items over £3)
