One of the things we love most about Bavs is the opportunity to give something back — not just to the people who shop with us, but to the wider Berwickshire community.

We were absolutely delighted to welcome a group of young people working with Works+ to Bavs for a free shopping experience, helping them get interview-ready from head to toe.

Works+ supports young people across the Scottish Borders to develop the skills, confidence and experience they need to move into work. After putting in the hard work developing their interview technique, it was our turn to make sure they looked the part and felt ready to walk through that door.

A smart outfit, a confidence boost, and plenty of encouragement from our brilliant team and volunteers — that’s what Bavs is all about.
