We love celebrating our volunteers — and today we’re shining the spotlight on the brilliant Hannah.
Hannah has been working with the Better Connections, Better Community team at Bavs, setting herself new goals along the way. And she’s been absolutely smashing them.
One of those goals was to develop her skills in visual merchandising — and Hannah has now taken on her very first shop window display. From learning the ropes to putting her own creative ideas into practice, she’s done a fantastic job and should be incredibly proud of herself.
Better Connections, Better Community is a Bavs project funded by The National Lottery Community Fund, designed to bring people together, build confidence and create real opportunities to develop skills and connect with the Berwickshire community.
Hannah’s story is a perfect example of what the project is all about. Volunteers like Hannah aren’t just giving their time — they’re building confidence, learning new skills, and achieving things they might never have thought possible.
