Christmas came a little brighter to Duns town centre this year — and our volunteers played a part in making it happen.
We’re delighted to share that Bavs donated £166 to Duns Christmas Lights, helping to keep a little festive sparkle in the heart of the town.
But what makes this donation extra special is the story behind it. Our Duns shop volunteers chose it.
At Bavs, our volunteers have a real and meaningful say in how we work — including where they’d like to see some of the money raised through their shop make an impact locally. When our Duns team decided they wanted to support the Christmas lights, we were right behind them.
So when you shop or donate at Bavs in Duns, you’re not just supporting a charity shop. You’re helping our volunteers support the community they care about and are proud to be part of.
Here’s to keeping Duns merry and bright — now and for years to come!
